Underground Service Alert of Southern California (USA/SC) 
  Newtin ETA (Enforcers Ticket Assistant) Users Agreement

    * All Newtin ETA Users will accept responsibility and liability
      for all information provided and transmitted to/from USA/SC 
      member facility owners and operators.
    
    * I understand that results vary based on the accuracy of the GPS
      enabled device used.  In no way can USA/SC be liable for any 
      information given or not given due to GPS accuracy.

REQUIREMENTS

    * Be a member in good standing of USA/SC
    
    * A HTML5 compatible internet browser (i.e.; Internet Explorer 9,
      Firefox, Chrome, Safari, etc)

    * A GPS Enabled Mobile smart device (i.e.; Android, iPhone, iPad,
      etc)

    * A mobile internet connection (charges may apply from your 
      wireless carrier)

As a Newtin ETA Applicant, I agree with and will adhere to all of the
above conditions and understand that the above requirements may also
change and be modified by USA/SC without prior notice. I also agree 
that use of Newtin ETA is a privilege and can be revoked at any time
with or without notice.
